Nine kinds of appointment, one building.

Grouped by what the appointment is for: putting teeth back, keeping the ones you have, changing how they look, and one thing that has nothing to do with teeth at all.

Group one

Restore

Putting back what is broken or missing. This is the work the implant and prosthodontics fellowship was for, and the reason the surgery does not get referred out.

Every implant case starts on this scanner, before anything happens in the chair.

Dental implants

An implant replaces the root of a missing tooth with a titanium post, and a crown goes on top. What decides whether it lasts is where that post sits in the bone.

Position is settled before surgery on a CBCT scan showing bone volume and nerve position in three dimensions. Placement follows that plan through a surgical guide, and the crown on top is made from a scan taken here — so no part of the case is handed to another practice and re-measured.

Crowns, bridges and dentures

Damaged or missing teeth rebuilt with crowns, bridges, partials or full dentures, all starting from a digital scan rather than an impression tray.

When a bite has worn down or is failing across many teeth, treating one tooth at a time produces repairs that keep breaking. Full-mouth rehabilitation plans the whole bite as a single case.

Root canal treatment

When the nerve inside a tooth is infected or dying, endodontic treatment removes it and seals the space, keeping the tooth instead of replacing it. A digital X-ray — or a CBCT scan where the anatomy is unclear — shows what is happening at the root before treatment starts.

Group two

Maintain

The unglamorous half of dentistry, and the half that decides how much of the first group you ever need.

Children’s dentistry

Examinations, cleanings, fluoride and sealants for children, in the same office as the rest of the family rather than at a second practice across town.

General and preventive dentistry

Examinations, cleanings, fillings and the digital X-rays that go with them. Low-radiation images appear on screen while you are still in the chair, so findings get shown to you rather than described afterwards.

Gum treatment

Bleeding, swollen or receding gums are treated with cleaning below the gumline and a maintenance schedule set to how the tissue responds. Bone level is tracked on the same digital images year to year, so change is measured rather than estimated.

Group three

Improve

Changing how teeth look and sit. Both start with a scan of your own mouth and a plan you get to see before anything begins.

Where it happens

Scans, aligner checks and cosmetic work all happen in this room. No separate consultation suite, no upsell theatre.

Aligner scans are taken here, in the same chair as a check-up.

Invisalign

Treatment starts with an exam and a digital scan — no trays, no putty. The scan becomes a plan that maps each stage of movement, and you look at it before the first aligner is manufactured.

Each set is worn about one to two weeks, and comes out to eat, brush and floss. In exchange they need to be in 20 to 22 hours a day; wear time is the one variable that decides whether the plan holds.

Cosmetic dentistry

Whitening lifts staining. Bonding repairs a chip or closes a small gap in one visit. Veneers change shape and colour across several front teeth.

Which one is right depends on what the teeth are doing, not only on how they look, so a scan records how your teeth meet first. A veneer placed into a bite that is grinding itself down fails the same way the enamel did.

Group four

Specialized care

One appointment that has nothing to do with teeth.

Sleep apnea appliances

An oral appliance holds the jaw forward during sleep to keep the airway open — an option for people who cannot tolerate CPAP. It is custom-made from a digital scan and worn at night.

  • The CBCT scanner images the airway as well as the teeth and jaw, which is part of judging whether an appliance is likely to help.
  • Diagnosis of sleep apnea itself comes from a sleep study ordered by a physician, not from this office.
  • The appliance is made from the same digital scan used for aligners and crowns.
